Refund and Return Policies

Please, Please review the following options carefully; Refunds and returns can only be processed when eligible items are returned using the appropriate method. If your return is sent or taken to a store after the deadlines indicated below, We regret that we are unable to issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.

How to return items purchased on the website

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment for items returned within 14 days after delivery date. All returned items must be original; packaged or sealed products must be closed. Shipping fees are not refunded.

You can send the item to the Returns Department. When purchasing products from you receive a shipping slip (Packing Slip) which contains specific instructions for returns. We provide a pre-printed returns label with the address of our returns department.

Some shipments may not come with a packing slip. If the packing slip is not available, print the shipping confirmation email you received after submitting your(s) item(ns). Include this print on the packaging/box and write the order number on the outside of the package/box. Without a packing slip or shipping confirmation printout, We cannot process the return and you will not receive your refund.

If you are requesting a refund because you were not sent the(s) article(s) who ordered, indicate in the Shipping Note/Shipping Confirmation the(s) article(s) you should receive so our returns department knows how to process your return.

Observation: your packing slip is not a prepaid label. You are responsible for paying the shipping fees for your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you are returning a gift item purchased from, a gift card (Gift Card) from VLM Press will be issued for the purchase price of the item within 60 days after purchase.

Returning Items Purchased at VLMPress Events

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, a full refund of the original purchase price, including any applicable taxes, will be issued in store for returns of new and unread/unopened merchandise made within 14 days after purchase with the store sales receipt. with the qualifications below:

Eligible refunds will generally be made in accordance with the original form of the proposal. For purchases made with a credit card, debit card or mobile payment, the original form of payment must be present at the time of return to receive a refund. Store credit in the form of an e-gift card will be issued if the original payment form is not available.

For returns with gift receipt, a store credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card for the purchase price within 60 days after purchase. Store credit will also be issued for all textbook returns.

Items purchased as part of a special combo offer are available for exchange, unless all items purchased as part of the offer are returned, in which case such items are available for refund (within 14 dias). Items sold at no cost are only available for items valued at or below the original cost.

Returns or exchanges will only be permitted after 14 days with receipt or for products not transported by VLM Press.

Return Exceptions

Observation: if you do not request a return authorization number and send your item to the wrong return address, No refunds will be provided and your item will not be returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Books purchased from other retailers or sellers may only be returned to the retailer or seller from which they were purchased in accordance with that retailer or seller's return policy.

Items that cannot be returned

The packaged or sealed product that has been opened and removed from its original packaging can only be returned if it is defective, can only be exchanged for the same product for assistance in exchanging a defective item, contact the Customer Service Center by phone 1 -561-221-5922.

Magazines, Used books and shipping fees cannot be returned or exchanged. The digital content, including eBooks, audiobooks and digital magazines, access codes, gift cards and packaged items that have been opened, cannot be returned. However, if you have compatibility or quality issues with your content, contact us for help.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time; you may receive a full or partial refund for any unused/unredeemed portion of the subscription.
Bulk orders of 20 or more copies cannot be returned.
